I picked up an FG Sportsline 4wd a couple of weeks ago. I didn't like the servo setup, so I created a tray and while doing that decided to do the top brace too. Now I'm just waiting for the servos to get here to finish it up. Can't wait to take this thing out to glarcrc. Reggie at reggie@vintageglowengines.com cut them for me. He did an awesome job. I sent him my drawings and less than a week later I had my parts. Fast and great rates. Get in touch with him if you need any work done.Brian

I can't say for sure until I get all servos mounted up. But it's 3mm thick and extremely rigid. I don't foresee any flex issues with it.

Yup :-) I re-did the tray. Also made a battery holder in the process. All works really well. I want to do a couple of more things..but for now, I need to get out there and run it :-)

Here are some updated pics. I changed the top brace a little and tied it into the servo plate. I'm going to change the servo tray to put the radio box back behind the servos. Other than that..I'm done
