I have some SmarTech/Carson MT Rims where the tires are perfectly OK, but the center of the rims has been torn out. (Runtime less than 20 mins)

How can I reuse those tires?
Or do I just have to toss it all and buy new complete wheels?

Put them in the oven, 120 celsius for 5 minutes, each site and don't forget to put paper under it.

    I will do that.

My hot Air oven should make the heat come all around the rims. Especially if I rise them up, so that the air can get on all sides,

Bad idea, don't put them on the Grill, put them on the plate with oven paper below and turn them after 5 minutes. The frame can burn into the tire (can't explain it better).

I did put them on the grill.

First tire I tried to pry off, while still hot (using work gloves.)

BAD idea, I tore the tire to pieces....

2'nd tire is losened, but still working on it. (Might need another 5 mins in the oven.)

You could try boiling them , Or try nail varnish remover, This normaly does the trick but it depends on what glue you have used. If you use the nail varnish remover make sure you wear gloves. Oh, Dont use nail varnish remover if you have chrome rims as the chrome will come off

You could use a CA remover. Easy to work with.

Ive never done it to a 5th scale tires, but have done it with savage tires a few times. I boil them off in a large pot. The wife loves it when she comes home and all you can smell is boiled rubber. Does no seem to harm the tire rubber at all. What Mlocker suggests is just acetone, you may have issues trying to send products accross borders from companies.
