Once you go to the sand nothing else is the same. I have had the best time jumping & wheeling, there is nothing that compare to it. the softer the sand the better it is. I have been racing for over 20 years and the sand RULES.

My Baja is faster than yours

I completely agree. The sand is where it's at as far as Baja fun factor.

I wish there were a more comprehensive list for bashing then on HPI's site. most of their stuff is in the desert and I live on the coast in SoCal. I admit that the desert is great but I refuse to drive four hours just to run my Baja.

Maybe you or someone you know can send HPI info to places to bash if you know of any.

Just found a spot in Orange County here in SoCal in the city of Irvine. It's at the end of Technology Road and I think the major cross street is Irvine Center Drive. Big dirt area with jumps. There were other people running their r /c's and a couple on dirt bikes. This is an Industrial/commercial area so the place is a ghost town on weekends.

fiesta island guys, here in san diego...if you park your car near the blocked entrance for "allowed vehicles only" as soon as you get into the island, just walk towards the gate(a lot of times it is open), and that's a great place for bashing!!
