Thread: Front suspension arm

  1. #1 Default Front suspension arm
A couple of months ago I made these drawings of the rear suspension arm. My plan was to get it cnc-cut in one piece and then bend it into shape, but it turned out that there wasn't enough space for the ball, but if I could move the suspension a little, I think it can be done.. Here are some pics:

After some thinking and redesigning, I came up with this:

Here was the plan to get two pieces, which could be cnc-cut and then weld them together.

    nice! very very nice

but with one fundimental problem. the front end of the baja is to heavy when in the air so alu front a arms will make this problem eaven worse

if it could be done useing a lighter matereal then it would be great

Well, these arms are designed light.. They should weigh about 80-90g and the stock weigh about 60g..

Yes I like too, those arms look like the lightest of the aftermarket arms out!
