Just trying to find out how long your front suspension arms are lasting? My front arms are starting to see alot of slop in them. But this is after a very long time.

mine are bent lol that happens to all bajas though if you jump alot

the matereal that there made of is just a little to soft

to fix the bending then you can put them in the oven at about 80 degreses C (only in a electric oven or you might start a fire) then clamp them and let cool

or another way is to flip them over to bend them back
they may not look like they will fit on either side but they do

if youre talkin about there just being alolt of free movement in the a arms then there is not alot you can do the holes that youre hinge pins go through are probbaly worn out
just a thoght you could maybe drill the hole a bit bigger and put a brass bushing in there

The pivot balls broke out of the end of one arm. I clean them each run and re lube using Teflon powder. No dirt sticks.
I would think no lube would be better then oil..

I'am running Brice Arnolds stiffners on my front arms(old style) and so far no bending....The new style arms do not have this problem from what I was told...

Ramtech makes front A arms, we have little information on them, maybe someone from Ramtech can post up some information on their arms.

The baja if anything is front heavy.
What have you got for a pipe, what are your shock settings and where are your springs set?
