    How do I get it of?
    jam spur gear with duck tape?Lol!
    any help would be apreciated!

    Using a spare spur gear hold it on top of the spur and the pinion right in between. Then loosen pinion screw and remove pinion. Place spur gear on the bottom to tighten bolt. Page 27 in your manual at the top right of the page.
