I looked into the Billet head a one time and was told by DDM that people were not having good luck with them, so they advised against it. So I went with the chrome version of a motor. People seem to love the 29cc kit. I think there are two different versions, one with a smaller cylinder longer stroke and one with a larger cylinder smaller stroke. Advantages and dis for both. I will look into my notes and see if I can find the difference. I know I printed it off.

    Yes they do.
I added the 29cc kit to my 23cc block
    The kit comes with
    Head
    Crank
    Connecting rod
    Piston
    all for $89.00

The engine ROCKS at a cost no one can complain about.

I'm pretty sure the crank and connecting rod are one piece. The headkit that you buy should come with one! If it doesn't make sure you have the right crank for that particular headkit. A 29cc headkit uses a +2mm stroke crank for example.

I dont remember bore sizes, but the diffrence on the 2 29's is on is 29cc and the other is 28.5cc. The 29 has a 2mm longer stroke, this motor is going to have more torque. The 28.5cc has a stock stroke, this motor is going to have more rpm. If you ask me the 28.5 is the best all around motor for a good mix of torque and rpms! And this top end kit would bolt right up to what you have now.

The kit Akela posted is the 36mm bore x 28mm stroke (standard) 28,5cc and the kit Mlocker posted is the 35mm x 30mm stroke 28.9cc.
The 28.5cc option is the best I believe from personal experience, I now have two of them after trying many other options. And as stated keep clear of the 29cc billet head. Looks good but does not develop high rpm at all.
